Minimal bottoms are back! OK, maybe they've never left, but we are now seeing a stronger demand for the itty bitty back side. Is this a sign of better times? (Kind of like hemlines?) I don't know, but for those of you who love to show off the derriere, you'll want to shop some of the new swimwear brands, such as Salt, Tori Praver, SAHA and Boy + Arrows.
